About Albrechts Kommunikation
Albrechts Kommunikation provides Swedish language training for individuals, companies and international teams. The company was founded by William Albrecht, who leads our teaching, course development and pedagogical approach. We work with both individual learners and larger company training programmes, in person in Stockholm and online.
Depending on the size and scope of an assignment, we work with a network of language teachers and communication consultants. This allows us to adapt both expertise and capacity to each client – from one individual learner to several parallel groups within an organisation – while maintaining the same pedagogical approach and quality standards across the training.
Our teaching philosophy
Whether the assignment involves Swedish language training for an international team, individual language coaching or communication training for professionals, our programmes are built around three principles.
We balance theory and practice. Too much theory makes lessons heavy and rarely improves real-world fluency. Too little structure produces no lasting result. We aim for the balance that helps participants understand the language and use it with confidence.
We tailor training to the real situation. Every programme is designed around the participants’ roles, industry and actual communication needs. Rather than relying on generic exercises, we work with situations that reflect their everyday work and life.
We set clear goals. After each lesson or training session, participants should leave with something concrete and useful. Progress should be noticeable in what they can actually do – not only in what they can describe.

Both. Training can take place at your office in Stockholm, online via video meeting or in a hybrid format.
What language levels do you work with?
All levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. For company training, we can also assess participants’ levels and recommend suitable groupings before the course starts.
Can you provide training for several groups at the same time?
Yes. For larger company assignments, we can create a setup with several parallel groups and adapt the training to different levels, roles and communication needs. Through our network of teachers and consultants, capacity can be scaled to the size of the assignment, while Albrechts Kommunikation remains responsible for the pedagogical approach and quality.
